How We Handle Your Data
We built this tool as working editors. Here's exactly what happens to your data, where it goes, and what you can do about it.
What We Collect
Account Info
Your email, name, and the subscription you have. This is just the basics you provide when you sign up.
Project Information
File names, when you uploaded them, and project details. We use this to help you organize your work—not to look at what's inside the files.
Activity History
A simple record of what you did and when. This helps us track your work for billing and support.
Where Your Data Lives
Your data is stored safely in a few secure places:
| What | Where | Protection |
|---|---|---|
| Your Account & Projects | Secured by authentication | Encrypted and protected. |
| Uploaded Files | Secure cloud storage | Encrypted, and deleted after 90 days. |
| Reports & Exports | Secure cloud storage | Encrypted, deleted after 1 year. |
| Login & Password | Secure authentication system | Encrypted and password-protected |
What We Track (And Don't)
- Basic analytics — just page views
- Error tracking — if something breaks, we find out automatically and fix it fast
- Login security — we keep you logged in securely
- Behavior tracking tools that follow you around
- Advertising networks like Google Ads or Facebook ads
- Tracking cookies that follow you across other websites
- Session recordings or heat mapping tools that watch what you click
Who Can Access Your Data
Only the people you want can see your work:
Can look at your projects and files, but can't make any changes.
Can upload files and make changes. Only people you invite get this.
Full control—can add/remove team members and manage the project.
How We Protect Your Data
We protect your data with simple, layered security. Think of it like a bank—multiple safeguards keep your money safe.
Encrypted Connection
Your files are sent in a protected tunnel. Like mailing something in a locked box instead of on a postcard.
Payment Verification
We double-check every payment to ensure it's genuine and prevent accidental duplicate charges.
Data Checking
We check everything you send us before we use it. Bad data gets blocked automatically.
Secure Passwords
Our passwords are locked in a vault. We change them regularly, like changing the lock on a door.
Activity Tracking
We keep a log of everything that happens on the system. If something goes wrong, we can see exactly what occurred.
Always Watching
Our systems are monitored 24/7. If something unusual happens, we know immediately.
Separated Systems
Your files are processed in their own secure area. Problems in one part don't affect other users' data.
Error Alerts
If something breaks, we get notified instantly and can fix it fast.
Your Data Rights
Your data belongs to you. Here’s what you can do with it:
Download Your Data

Want to leave? You can delete your entire account and all your data. We’ll remove everything.
You have 7 days to change your mind. After that, it’s gone forever.
