The Problem

You rush in hours early every morning to get dailies ready for your editor. Then stay late to complete the continuity.

The Old Process

Clicking and dragging clips to make scene bins, adjusting re-times, and grouping clips.

The Solution

Upload your dailies as AAFs or an Avid bin (AVB). We'll make scene bins, retimes, and even groups.

The Result

"No more rushing to get started hours before your editor. Everything will be done before your coffee is made."

Methodology, Inputs, and Limits

This estimate uses your inputs for weekly rate on a 40 hour guarantee and weekly hours spent on manual tasks (dailies, VFX tracking, turnovers, and paperwork). Hourly rate is calculated as weekly rate divided by 40 hours for the weekly guarantee.

Weekly value = hourly rate × manual-task hours. Monthly value uses 4.33 weeks/month. Annual value = monthly value × 12.

This calculator is directional planning guidance, not a performance guarantee. Actual savings vary by team size, turnover frequency, workflow complexity, and feature adoption.
